Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, calculations, and specifications to support project design and execution
- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and safety standards to maintain project legality and safety
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, identifying and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants to align project objectives and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project schedules and progress reports to track milestones and inform stakeholders
- Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment to ensure timely availability and cost efficiency
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Monitor workmanship and material quality
- Resolve technical issues at the site
- Maintain project records and documentation
- Attend site meetings and technical discussions
