Responsibilities

Educating and Guiding Through Expertise 

• Seeks to understand the nature of the conflict for issues and what may be potential solutions for conflict resolution while maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality. Collaborates with colleagues and/or management as deemed appropriate or needed.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on Employee Relations (ER)-related topics both within teams and for other teams.  Leverages other stakeholder partners to influence policy and decision-making based upon ER best practices and observed trends. 
• Objectively provides guidance through the ER experience by actively engaging with employees and managers on how to navigate work and handle themselves post-investigation and sets appropriate expectations around this. Collaborates with colleagues and/or management as deemed necessary or appropriate.
• Builds a trusted connection with employees at all levels to facilitate exploration of options and next steps in the employee relations process balancing the individual need with organizational context. Recognizes trends in current and past coaching to make recommendations to ER colleagues for future coaching engagements with employees. 

Investigations 

• Assists/partners with internal investigative entities at Microsoft in investigations of serious cases with increasing complexity, visibility, and risk, and implements appropriate remediation in conjunction with a business, region, or geography. May lead the investigations for a business, region, or geography where resources are limited. Ensures appropriate documentation of issues is in place. 
• Concludes an investigation independently recommends appropriate corrective/disciplinary actions or processes, consulting with peers/managers where needed, and influencing acceptance of recommendations by key stakeholders. Anticipates consequences and manages risk proactively in cases with increasing complexity, visibility, and risk.
• Utilizing Human Resources (HR)-related tools and customer relationship management (CRM) platform, tracks and documents findings gathered through interviews and the investigatory process.  
• Contacts and interviews complainants, reported witnesses, and respondents related to policy or culture concerns/violations and incident or threat response with increasing complexity, visibility and risk. 
• Identifies and interprets trends in employee relations issues across business, region, and/or geography. Designs and recommends interventions and solutions. 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field AND 7+ years experience in HR or Employee Relations (ER)-related roles.OR Juris Doctorate or Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field AND 4+ years experience in HR or Employee Relations (ER)-related roles.OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Design Thinking or Envisioning Workshops, guiding teams to brainstorm, ideate, and solve complex design problems collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Customer Resolution 

• Required to be on-call during shifts, including after hours and weekends and available to take ownership of escalations to Senior Leaders, liaising between the customer and Senior Leaders across organizations within Microsoft. 
• Acts as a subject matter expert on best practices to support the customer experience. Crafts and executes executive summaries and identifies patterns across customer issues. Creates strategies to resolve reoccurring or highly sensitive issues in partnership with Area, Support and Product Group leadership.

Customer Health 

• Partner with CSU leadership to build and execute plans that improve customer health signals, including reactivity, major incident response plans, proactive recommendations and cloud resiliency.  
• Sponsor key accounts in region in collaboration with Regional CSU leadership, building relationships and trust with our largest accounts and ensuring that their support experience exceeds expectations.  
• Partner with account teams and Area Business Partner through contract renewals and assist in deal shaping, ensuing that customers have the right offerings to ensure their success. 

Collaboration 

• Leverages relationships across Regional CSU, Support and Product Groups to remove roadblocks. Establishes and oversees the development of written protocols to ensure customer issues are resolved. Identifies reoccurring roadblocks across the Area and escalates as needed. 
• Owns escalated issues and manages Area/Region escalated customer crises to identify and remove barriers. Ensures existing processes are not a blocker to customer issue resolution and influences the direction of process improvement efforts with a global perspective. Acts as an expert and provides guidance to Support Escalation team members on how to handle moderate to highly complex cases. 
• Support Area and regional leadership and collaborate with the Area Business Partner (ABP) to identify systematic issues and leads process improvement efforts to ensure continuous improvement. Recommend process improvements and support the feedback forums with identified actions. 

Communication 

• Identifies and builds strategic relationships with internal teams, partners, and communications with senior and executive leadership to resolve issues that are complex in scope. 
• Leverages precision questioning techniques to understand the pain points of the customer experience during Crisis and then proactively addresses the People/Process/Technology blockers identified. 
• Customer engagement – both reactive (emergency) and proactive (sponsorship). Confidence calls after outage. Involved in service incident (SI) aka outage Crisis and non-outage crisis for specific, strategic customers

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience 
• 7+ years of experience in customer success and/or customer support, business operations, change management and project management.

We are seeking an experienced Sr Consultant – AI Business Solutions with deep expertise across Dynamics 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Agentic AI solutions. This role bridges strategy and hands-on engineering, requiring the ability to go deep technically on designing, building, and coding advanced AI-powered and low-code/no-code solutions, while acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise and public sector customers.

The ideal candidate combines strong Dynamics 365 foundations with advanced AI solution delivery skills, including custom AI agents, orchestration, and extensibility across Microsoft’s AI and Power Platform ecosystem.

· Mentor and coach consultants and engineers, raising capability across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Agentic AI.

Qualifications

· 11+ years of experience in technology consulting with deep expertise across Microsoft enterprise platforms.

· Proven leadership delivering complex Dynamics 365 solutions, including Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) and/or Finance & Operations, spanning solution architecture, extension, integration, and lifecycle ownership.

· Demonstrated experience leading Microsoft CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) transformations, including Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Omnichannel, Digital Messaging, voice integrations, and large-scale contact centre modernisation programs.

· Deep expertise in identity and access management, including Entra ID (Azure AD), role-based security models, Conditional Access, MFA, and enterprise security patterns.

· Experience with Conversational AI and GenAI use cases (NLU, dialog design, summarization, knowledge retrieval)

· Integration experience using REST APIs, and enterprise connectors

· Familiarity with Azure fundamentals and AI services is preferred

We are the FastTrack Team, a diverse group of passionate technology professionals driven to help our customers derive high value from their Microsoft investment.  Focused on driving E5 Security and Compliance, Copilot growth and the required security posture at scale with customers, FastTrack plays a primary worldwide role in executing this strategy at scale across our customers and partners while working side by side with multiple Microsoft engineering, data analysis, marketing, sales, support, and operational teams.  We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping customers adopt AI, Microsoft 365 products, by envisioning, designing, and executing innovative approaches to solve their business challenges, and effectively work side by side with a team of driven technology and business professionals to improve our products. 

As a FastTrack Architect you will engage with the most complex and critical of Microsoft’s customers to ensure their Microsoft 365 deployment is successful. The FTA will capture the customers’ intent and understand their needs a blend them into a plan that is designed to mitigate risk while achieving the fastest deployment and adoption of the M365 services to provide the maximum ROI for the customer. The FTA provides a senior level connection with these complex customers, bringing both technical capabilities as well as project governance and senior level connection with the customer’s leadership teams.

As a FTA, you will work with FTAs, SMEs, account team, partner, support and consulting resources to help customers in their AI & security journey, educate them at a technical level, demonstrate, and prove our solutions, and drive value in all engagements. Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft (compete) AI, Security and other cloud-based technologies.

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and map them into M365 Copilot and M365 E5 products and drive intent, technical deployment and adoption. Understand the customer segment, apply competitive analysis and market insights, that drive key business outcomes. Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills. 
• Deliver business value through direct CXO-level interactions.
• Comfortable and experienced in pre-sales, project envisioning, planning, development, deployment, and management.
• Proven track record of change management and stakeholder and escalation management.
• Prepare for, attend, and present customer details in regional Customer Review Meetings.
• Experience with technical enablement and adoption using Microsoft 365 products, covering both Copilot and E5 Security. Awareness of compete products.
• Experience with Security, Governance best practices.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, industry standards, and/or technology management.
• Certification in relevant AI, Security technologies or disciplines.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery workOR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Hands-on experience in M365 product platform (Copilot, Modern Work, Security & Compliance), technical enablement, solution design, product demonstration and proof of concept, deployment and adoption.

eCommerce Site Merchandiser, Surface. The Consumer Sales Organization (CSO) is a global team at Microsoft responsible for sales across Modern Life (Windows, Microsoft 365, and Surface) and Gaming. CSO puts the consumer at the center, helping them discover, learn, and buy through direct and partner channels in over 120 countries around the world. 

We are looking for a eCommerce Site Merchandiser, Surface for our Digital Direct Sales team to support Asia region. The eCommerce Site Merchandiser, Surface, is responsible for planning, executing and optimizing online merchandising strategies for the Asia region across consumer and very small business segments. They use experimentation, personalization tactics as well as data, analytics and customer insights to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. They collaborate with key stakeholders within Asia to ensure that business priorities and goals are met. They are part of worldwide site merchandising team, share best practices and innovations, and drive consistency and efficiencies across regions.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Business Groups, Product Marketing, and Business Planning teams to identify product, go-to-market (GTM), and launch priorities; customer segmentation; and promotional strategies that drive revenue growth through customer engagement and monetization for Surface products across business areas. Establishes content priorities with internal and external stakeholders and defines the internal assets required to execute against those priorities. Contributes to planning and execution frameworks that span multiple seasons.
• Creates and optimizes web customer journeys to maximize learning and buying for our customers. • Provides regular reporting and insights derived from analysis of core business key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer metrics (e.g., conversion rate, traffic, click-through rates) to influence stakeholders and optimize editorial content, promotions, content strategy, store features, and other decisions to improve the customer funnel. Performs customer journey audits and ad hoc analysis using Excel, Power BI, Customer Journey Analytics, Contentsquare, and other analytical tools, as needed.
• Applies knowledge of customer segments and competitive offerings to identify opportunities to strengthen the value proposition, including execution plans such as merchandising strategies, promotions, and seasonal offers that attract customers to Microsoft Stores.
• Coordinates Surface digital store updates with the ASIA Digital Stores team, site merchandising peers, and key stakeholders including global Category Managers and Site Operations teams.
• Plans and executes Surface promotions on the storefront, including deal configuration, online marketing placements, and customer-facing messaging.
• Understands how to build and run statistically significant experiments to derive validated answers. Is comfortable working with and diving into data to find insights. 
• Use of personalization and targeting schemas and tools to create customer experiences tailored to our customers and their needs.
• Strong project management, knows how to manage time and get things done in a fast-paced atmosphere. Manages and prioritizes multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Collaboration with UX design and engineering teams in building requirements to enable great customer experiences. This includes the new features needed in templates, navigational elements, wayfinding, etc.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in ecommerce site merchandising or ecommerce business related roles.
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience in ecommerce site merchandising or ecommerce business-related roles.
• OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ year(s) experience in commerce site merchandising or ecommerce business-related roles.
• Experience planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing e-commerce site merchandising, with the ability to design customer experiences that drive revenue.
• A strategic thinker and decision maker who has a passion for creating optimal customer experiences and driving revenue.
• Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (or similar tools) and Contentsquare (or similar tools) to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to turn data into storytelling and actionable insights.
• Experience in Site Usability, A/B Testing, Personalization and Optimization.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across large multinational organizations, local subsidiaries, and regional/corporate teams. 
• Solid organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute flawlessly. Ability to work across a variety of tasks with varying deadlines and priorities. Knows how to manage time and get things done in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrated understanding of the e-commerce landscape across ASIA (Australia and New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Southeast Asia, India, Korea, and China), including current and merging e-commerce trends.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, required to effectively communicate across global teams and produce high-quality documentations 
• Proficiency in one or more Asian languages (including Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, or Korean) is an advantage to support effective communication with clients across Southeast Asia.
