Directs the accurate & timely processing of claims to meet or exceed client service level agreements
Review quality of claims before final submit to the client.
Works with the team to complete assignments using established guidelines, policies and procedures.
Daily Denials should be worked & a timeline to achieve targets.
Able to review NCD/LCD policies per county, sequencing for Medical Necessity to get higher reimbursement.
Delegating tasks per Client.
Coordinate with LAB Team Leaders regarding the billing clarifications.
