Your Role
You will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons for:Primary Science (P3 to PSLE), with strong focus on upper primary (P5–P6)
- Conduct crash courses, webinars, and live/recorded programmes
- Support students via Mobile Q&A coaching when required
- Identify learning gaps and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Guide students in answering open-ended questions effectively (key PSLE scoring component)
- Ensure lesson materials and resources are well-prepared before class
- Contribute to curriculum development (notes, practice questions, answer keys)
- Participate in video tutorials, livestreams, and educational content creation
- Work closely with the Centre Manager and Director on student progress
- Provide professional, patient customer service to students and parents
- Be involved in marketing initiatives and ad-hoc projects
- Attend team meetings and contribute to a high-performance team culture
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Science, Engineering, or other relevant technical fields)
- 1–2 years of teaching or relevant experience (tuition/education preferred)
- Strong subject mastery in:Primary Science (P3 to PSLE)
- Strong ability to explain concepts clearly, especially: Application-based and open-ended questions
- Confident communicator with strong classroom presence
- Passion for teaching and genuine care for student outcomes
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve continuously
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
