We are looking for a capable and driven Account Servicing Executive to join our team. This role is suited for individuals who enjoys client interaction and are confident in managing clients, coordinating projects, and delivering advertising campaigns and events with professionalism.

While relevant experience is valued, we are open to candidates from other industries who demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness
• Coordinate and execute advertising campaigns and event projects end-to-end
• Liaise with venue owners, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and project timelines
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Provide administrative and operational support across campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Some experience in account servicing, marketing, events, or a related field
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented

Good to Have

• Experience in advertising, media, or events coordination
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• Exposure to client-facing roles
