Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and organized Operations Executive to support daily operations of a maid agency by managing client relationships, coordinating with domestic workers, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end placement process of migrant domestic workers (MDWs) to ensure timely and accurate hiring outcomes
• Liaise with clients to assess hiring needs and recommend suitable domestic worker candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between employers and domestic workers to facilitate successful placements
• Prepare and process documentation, including work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations, to maintain legal compliance
• Ensure adherence to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations governing migrant domestic workers
• Provide orientation and ongoing support to domestic workers and employers to promote smooth transitions
• Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation for operational transparency and audit readiness
• Address customer enquiries and feedback promptly and resolve issues professionally to enhance client satisfaction
• Collaborate with overseas partners and training centres to coordinate recruitment and training activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant experience in maid agency, human resources, or administrative roles
• Knowledge of MOM regulations for migrant domestic workers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support documentation and reporting
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours

• 5.5 to 6 days work week, including weekends as required by operational needs
