Job Description & Requirements
Supervise and coordinate all electrical, mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair works in the construction field.
Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower efficiently to meet project schedules.
Ensure electrical and mechanical works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor work progress and maintain quality control.
Conduct inspection, testing, and commissioning.
Coordinate with engineers, clients, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials to minimize wastage.
Enforce workplace safety rules and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Prepare daily progress reports, work completion reports, and material requests.
Attend toolbox meetings and site coordination meetings.
Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions onsite.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
Guide and train technicians and helpers to improve performance and workmanship.
Willing and able to work overtime, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per project requirements.
