Job Description:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing potential talent, as well as managing the onboarding process and maintaining employee records
- Lead in employee engagement by planning and organising cohesion events, corporate trips, and luncheons.
- Involve building and maintaining strong professional relationships with our hiring partners, strategic organisations, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle basic accounts tracking and general administrative duties. This role is based in Singapore, with occasional overseas travel required.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and accounting tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and their modern alternatives.
- Language Proficiency: As this role requires liaising with regional partners and international stakeholders, proficiency in English is essential.
- Fluency in additional languages (such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Indonesia, Korean, or Hindi) is an advantage to better facilitate communication with our regional offices and partners.
