We are looking for "Building Painter" for our Lew Sun Engineering Pte Ltd. You have to prepares surfaces, applies finishes (paint, varnish, sealants), and ensures the aesthetic and protective quality of interior/exterior building surfaces

Core Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Preparing, cleaning, and repairing surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and woodwork, including filling cracks and sanding.
• Application: Applying paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Safety and Protection: Covering furniture, floors, and fixtures with tarps or tape; erecting scaffolding or ladders; adhering to safety protocols.
• Material Management: Mixing, matching, and selecting the correct paints, varnishes, and sealants.
• Cleanup and Inspection: Cleaning tools, removing debris, and inspecting completed work for quality. 

Job Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a painter, often with knowledge of various painting techniques.
• Skills: Proficiency in using tools (sprayers, rollers, brushes) and ability to calculate materials.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and stand for long periods.
