Job Responsibilities:
Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work
Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
Handling technical and engineering problems on site
Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
