Job description:
We are seeking a full time Bookkeeper for XERO to support our company Account Manager in managing 2 sets of books, focusing on the product procurement and travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Account Manager and company directors to prepare full sets of accounts, including monthly financial statements and cash flow statements.
Assist in correcting invoices.
Assist in auditing invoices to ensure accurate delivery of goods.
Handle bookkeeping duties.
Support administrative tasks such as scanning invoices, receipts and claims.
Aid in monthly stocktaking and stock closing exercises.
Assist the Account Manager in submitting GST returns, income tax returns, and other necessary documents to regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in bookkeeping experience and knowledge.
Familiar with Xero and/or Quickbooks.
Familiarity and comfort within the procurement and/or travel industry.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports.
Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with directors and the Account Manager.
