The role requires work on weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis. Overtime will be paid where applicable. Work schedule will be out one month prior
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer service enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
Assist with order processing and customer account matters
Open and maintain customer accounts in the system
Order raw materials and trading products when required
Conduct stock tallying, stock checking, and assist with inventory records
Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable administrative tasks
Prepare, update, and maintain documents, records, and reports
Draft simple emails and communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Assist with general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Docs
Basic command of English, with ability to draft simple emails
Able to read and understand Chinese
Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, or stakeholders
Organised, meticulous, and able to follow through on tasks
Comfortable with administrative work, data entry, and documentation
Open to using AI tools to improve work efficiency
Able to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
