Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to handle painting and protective coatings projects across industrial, and construction sector. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within time and budget.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead end -to-end execution of painting and coatings projects

·      Plan, schedule, and manage manpower, materials, and equipment

·      Oversee surface preparation, coating application, and inspection processes

·      Ensure compliance with international painting standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE)

·      Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

·      Monitor project cost, productivity, and timelines

·      Implement strict quality control and safety standards

·      Handle contract administration, billing, and project reporting

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience (preferably in painting/coatings or construction)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to join our marine company in the UBI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Support audits by providing required documentation
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (marine/shipping industry preferred)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Technical Expertise:

• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and server environments.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with software integrations and system configurations.
• Technically proficient and eager to explore and learn new concepts and technologies.
