The Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events from concept through completion. Plan, organize, and oversee events from concept to completion (e.g., corporate events, conferences, launches, and social functions)
Develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track
Liaise with clients, vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
Coordinate logistics including venue setup, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements
Manage on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports
