Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, professional, and courteous chauffeuring services to Senior Management and his family members as assigned
Maintain all assigned vehicles in pristine condition, including cleanliness, routine servicing, and timely reporting of any faults or issues
Plan and optimize travel routes by reviewing schedules, monitoring traffic and road conditions, and estimating travel times accurately
Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all passenger information and activities
Maintain accurate records of travel logs, overtime hours, and vehicle maintenance
Ensure punctuality at all times and remain flexible to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a personal driver to senior management
Demonstrated experience driving high-capacity (high CC) vehicles; experience with luxury vehicles (e.g., Rolls-Royce) is an advantage
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
Professional, dependable, and discreet, with a strong sense of responsibility
