About the Role
Kopifellas® started in 2017 with a vision to preserve and promote Singapore’s food heritage through our innovative concepts. We are seeking a strategic and organized leader with a positive, growth-oriented mindset to join our team. You will play a vital role in transforming high-level business goals into operational reality, ensuring our operations remain seamless, scalable, and effective as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Management
Ownership & Accountability: Act as the core decision-maker to resolve operational hurdles and align daily execution with the company’s objectives; supervise all operational teams to ensure every outlet meets its performance and growth targets
Strategic Planning: Proactively diagnose areas for improvement and develop long-term operational strategies and frameworks to boost productivity and scalability across all outlets
Business Development: Work closely with marketing team to drive business growth, profitability, and brand reputation through attractive promotions, customer engagement, and lead the operational setup of new store openings and expansions, ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and staffing requirements are met
2. Financial & Operational Intelligence
P&L Management: Own the bottom line by analyzing sales and utility reports to identify underperformance or "leaks"; implement cost-saving practices
Standardization: Design and audit company-wide SOPs to ensure consistent brand excellence and operational safety
Change Management: Identify and implement new approaches or workflow procedures, including digital solutions, to enhance operational flow and the customer experience
Compliance: Manage all statutory requirements—including food safety, WSH standards, enforcing company policies, licensing renewals, and industry regulations—to mitigate high-level business risks
3. People & Performance
Workforce Planning: Lead the company-wide manpower strategy by optimizing cost ratios, managing quota compliance, and overseeing strategic talent placement
Talent Development: Provide visionary leadership and coaching through structured training frameworks for Area Managers; spearhead succession planning to ensure a robust internal talent pipeline and a high-performance culture
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary link between ground operations and Management Team, providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making
Miscellaneous: Perform other strategic duties as required, contributing to the company’s overall success and sustainability
You will be perfect for this role if you are:
Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality industry, and at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of strong financial acumen and strategic management skills
Resilience: Proactivity and the capability to resolve complex challenges in a fast-paced environment
Accountability: A deep sense of ownership over overall business operations and a high degree of flexibility (willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays)
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in POS systems and digital workspace tools, with an aptitude for adopting modern technology solutions
Integrity: The ability to handle private and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Commitment: A dedicated professional looking to build a long-term career and grow alongside the brand
Remuneration
Salary Range: S$4500-6000 (Depending on experience)
