What you'll do
Recruitment & talent acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles (Singapore & China).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for software engineers, AI/ML specialists, and ops roles.
Partner with external recruiters and headhunters for senior hires; conduct reference and background checks.
Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
Onboarding & employee experience
Design and deliver onboarding programs for Singapore and China remote employees.
Create and maintain the employee handbook and HR policies aligned with Singapore MOM regulations.
Manage probation reviews, performance check-ins, and team engagement initiatives.
HR operations & compliance
Process Singapore payroll; coordinate China team payroll with the Head of China team.
Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and MOM regulations.
Administer employee benefits, leave management, and work pass applications (EP/S Pass).
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Office & cross-border operations
Oversee Singapore office operations — vendors, facilities, IT coordination, and budget tracking.
Support China office setup coordination (rental, equipment procurement).
Facilitate communication between Singapore HQ and China remote teams.
Organise quarterly cross-border team gatherings and virtual all-hands.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of HR experience in a tech startup or high-growth environment.
Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, especially for technical roles.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and EP/S Pass processes.
Proficient with HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace / Slack.
Excellent English (written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred — required for coordination with our China-based team and CN recruitment channels.
Experience with cross-border or remote team management is highly desirable.
Basic knowledge of China labour regulations and familiarity with China recruitment platforms is a plus.

1. Dishwashing & Pantry Maintenance
Wash and clean plates, cups, tea cups, and glassware
Ensure all pantry items are cleaned promptly after use
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tea room
2. General Support & Physical Tasks
Refill water in the tea room and other designated areas
Replace water bottles for dispensers in reception and common areas
Arrange and return items to designated storage locations
Assist in moving furniture and equipment when required
3. Restroom Cleaning
Clean and sanitize toilet bowls
Wash and mop toilet floors
Ensure restrooms are kept clean, dry, and hygienic at all times
4. General Cleaning Duties
Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floor areas within the premises
Dust and wipe windows, railings, walls, and surfaces
Clean tables, shelves, and chairs
Maintain overall cleanliness of the shophouse
5. Hospitality Support
Prepare and serve beverages (tea/coffee) to guests when required
6. Inventory & Replenishment
Monitor cleaning and pantry supplies
Replenish and restock items as needed
7. Waste Management
Collect and dispose of rubbish in a timely and hygienic manner
