Key Responsibilities

1. Translate the Group’s strategy and sales targets into annual, quarterly, and monthly plans for the assigned country; drive execution and ensure achievement of business goals. Establish overall team performance targets and oversee end-to-end performance management.
2. Identify key operational and management challenges at the country level; coach regional leaders to develop and implement performance improvement plans. Monitor store-level execution and drive continuous improvement to achieve overall sales growth.
3. Support market expansion strategy, including site selection and feasibility assessment. Provide recommendations based on market dynamics, manage landlord relationships, and ensure effective resource coordination. Maintain strong awareness of retail landscape and consumer trends within trade areas.
4. Monitor recurring operational issues across stores, conduct proactive analysis, and develop standardized solutions. Drive implementation across regions and ensure a closed-loop management approach.
5. Lead country-level talent management, including organization planning, succession pipeline development, and talent cultivation. Strengthen cost control while building a strong talent bench for the Group.
6. Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, expansion, HR, administration, and finance. Align resources to resolve key business challenges, with a focus on critical and underperforming regions.

2. Proven experience in retail operations management, with strong capabilities in team leadership and talent development.
3. Positive attitude, strong learning agility, and ability to perform under pressure. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong resource integration capabilities, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and resolve complex, urgent, and high-impact business challenges.
