Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit, review, and validate business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Perform impact assessments and analyze "to-be" business and operational processes based on agreed requirements to support process improvements.
Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives to guide solution development.
Monitor and manage risks and issues related to requirements and scope creep to maintain project integrity.
Conduct impact assessments and estimations for project change requests to support decision-making.
Functional Design & Solution Alignment
Transition requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clarity and completeness to facilitate accurate system design.
Maintain traceability of functional specifications to business requirements to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Testing
Review test plans and functional test scopes prepared by the testing team to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect prioritization, tracking, and resolution to ensure quality delivery.
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience in the financial and banking industry.
Knowledge of wholesale banking domain and products such as customer onboarding, servicing, and data management.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
Experienced in change management and project management fundamentals.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills to drive teamwork and resolve complex issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills focused on building strong stakeholder relationships.
Confident presenter capable of explaining complex topics clearly and effectively.
Ability to work diligently and resiliently through ambiguity and deliver results under pressure.
Technical Skills:
Experience with customer onboarding and servicing workflow.
