Job Summary

Kingsend Health seeks a creative, data-driven Marketing Executive to support compliant digital marketing and coordinate product registrations across Asia for our health supplement portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create engaging, culturally relevant content including posts, captions, and short-form videos that resonate with target audiences.
• Ensure all marketing content complies with health supplement advertising regulations to maintain brand integrity and legal adherence.
• Support e-commerce and marketing operations by managing website content, marketing collateral, and coordinating logistics to enhance customer experience.
• Coordinate and manage the registration process of health supplement products across Asian markets to ensure timely compliance and market entry.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and written Chinese (Simplified or Traditional) to create accurate and compelling content.
• Ability to translate technical or scientific information into consumer-friendly, compliant messaging.
• Strong creativity with meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Digital Marketing Executive

Health Supplement Start-Up

We are a growing health supplement start-up focused on bringing science-driven products manufactured by our pharmaceutical company in Spain for consumers across Asia.  We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is creative, analytical, and excited to grow a brand from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, e-commerce platforms, and social media
• Manage and optimise paid ads, content calendars, and campaign performance
• Create and coordinate engaging content (social posts, EDMs, landing pages, basic visuals)
• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost
• Support e-commerce operations, promotions, and product launches
• Work closely with founders and marketing teams in Asia and Spain.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma / Degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience (health, FMCG, beauty or e-commerce is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• Strong copywriting skills
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment – adaptable, proactive, and resourceful
