Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a professional workshop or knowledge of bicycle mechanics is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the bicycle industry and a strong interest in bicycles are an advantage.

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant cum Admin to support both accounting and freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Admin:

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes and billing
• Perform data entry and maintain accounting records
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly closing
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Any other duties as assigned.

Freight Forwarding / Shipping Duties:

• Prepare and process shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, etc.)
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters and customers
• Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures
• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status
• Arrange cargo booking and schedule shipments
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures

Requirements:
