The Production Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing daily and weekly production schedules across the Liquid and Powder manufacturing departments. This role ensures timely delivery of products while maintaining strict controls on shelf life, allergen management, and odour cross‑contamination. The Production Scheduler works closely with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Planning teams to optimize capacity, inventory, and on‑time performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute daily and weekly production schedules

• Lead production sequencing while managing allergen, odour, Halal & Kosher requirements

• Partner closely with Production, QC, Maintenance, and Planning teams to drive on‑time execution

• Proactively re‑schedule operations due to equipment downtime, yield variance, or material delays

• Monitor and analyze production KPIs (yield, capacity utilization, lead time)

• Assign manpower and shifts based on line capability and production priority

• Ensure accurate and disciplined execution within ERP systems (Business Central, Batch Metrics)

• Identify risks to output and delivery; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives

We are looking for an Applications Developer to design, develop and support enterprise solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL) and the Microsoft Power Platform.  You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable enhancements, automation and integrations across our Microsoft ecosystem. 

Key focus areas (what you’ll spend most of your time on)

Business Central (AL) Development – Core

• Develop and maintain Business Central extensions using AL (tables, pages, codeunits, reports, queries).

• Handle upgrades, refactoring, testing, deployment and production support

• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions and perform performance tuning.

Business Central Security & Role Management

• Configure and maintain roles, permission sets and user access, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and supporting audits or access reviews.

Power Platform Development & Management

• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for process automation and integrations.

• Create Power BI dashboards and reports using data from Business Central (and other sources where required)

Other responsibilities

• Support integrations via REST APIs across Business Central / Microsoft 365 / Azure components.

• Provide support for SharePoint Online intranet & administration, Microsoft Teams administration, and Azure Database for MySQL (as supporting components to solutions).

• Produce documentation, user guidance and provide application support as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in IT / Computer Science (or equivalent), with 3+ years relevant development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL) customization / extensions.

• Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps / Power Automate (Power BI experience is a plus).

• Experience with REST APIs and structured SDLC practices.

• Good problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.

The designation is responsible for managing and coordinating all flavour sampling enquiries and related matters. Supporting customer responsiveness, maintaining sample traceability, and ensuring proper management of the sample and flavour library.

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Receive and review incoming sample requests from both external and internal stakeholders.

2. Evaluate enquiries against product library information, including:

   • Product availability

   • Application suitability

   • Technical feasibility

   This includes determining whether each sample request should be accepted or rejected based on the above criteria.

3. Coordinate approved sampling activities within R&D, including:

   • Working closely with compounders to initiate approved sample preparations.

   • Clarifying required sample type, quantity, format, and expected delivery timeline.

   • Monitoring progress and following up to ensure timely completion of all sampling tasks.

4. Provide administrative support for sample dispatch, including liaising with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure proper packing and shipment of samples.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sample requests, preparation status, and completion details.

6. Support internal audits and customer enquiries by providing sampling history and related documentation when required.

7. Maintain and organize the product library, including managing ullage tracking to support sampling activities.

8. Ensure accurate data entry in R&D systems for both sample and library records.

9. Organize, update, and maintain the flavour library to ensure structured, easily accessible, and current information:

   • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to curate and manage the library list.

   • Conduct regular reviews to retire outdated samples and maintain relevance and compliance of active items.

10. Assist in general R&D administrative duties and support routine coordination activities.

11. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing sampling efficiency, workflow effectiveness, and turnaround time.

Required Skills 

• Diploma / degree in food technology /science or related discipline is an added advantage.

• Basic understanding of flavour ingredients, regulatory considerations, and lab processes. 

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the administrative role or skillset. 

• Familiarity with ERP platforms preferred. 

• Strong attention to detail with good data entry and organizational skills. 

• Good communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.

he HSE Coordinator oversees all activities in the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) department. 

He/she assists the development of the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Management System (EMS) frameworks, and evaluates the organization’s WSH and EMS systems to ensure compliance with pertinent government regulations and organizational health, safety and environmental guidelines.

 He/she reviews WSH and environmental accident and incident findings and trends to recommend improvements.  

Responsibilities 

• Administer Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS). 

• Evaluate WSH and EMS systems.  

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures and programs. 

• Liaise with external stakeholders on WSH and EMS matters. 

• Manage and conduct WSH and EMS-related training and communication at organizational level. 

• Manage WSH and EMS systems and legal compliance reviews and audits – to conduct safety inspection with report and corrective actions from various stakeholders. 

• Oversee all staff and contractors’ compliance with the organization’s WSH and EMS standards and practices and report any non-compliance. 

• Lead investigation of WSH and environmental accident and incident findings and trends to recommend improvements – update KPI dashboard on Incident reporting and conduct regular reviews. 

• Risk Assessment: familiar with the identified potential risks and the respective recommended preventive measures in the different workplaces. Conduct regular RA reviews within the respective departments. 

• Maintain records of safety assessments, training, and incident reports. 

•  Manage emergency response and crises. 

• Manage the development of emergency response and crises management plans. 

• Review emergency response and crisis management activities, in line with the defined organizational structure. 

•  Apply Safe Systems of Works (SS0W). 

• Manage and review the development of SSoW processes and procedure – e.g. managing of Hot Work Permit; Confine Space Work Permit, Work at Height…etc. 
  

Required Skills: 

• Hold WSQ Advanced Certificate in workplace safety and health (Level B). 

• Minimum 2 years in safety, health, and environment management. 

• Audit and Review Management skill. 

• Good observational and analytical skills

• Physical fitness for on-site inspections
