Job Opportunity: Accounts Assistant

Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
Industry: Cleaning Services Company

Salary: $3,000 – $3,500

Working Days: 5 Days Work Week

Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm (Monday – Friday)

Laser Cutting & Bending Machinist

Key Responsibilities

1. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to perform laser cutting and bending operations accurately.
2. Operate, set up, and program laser cutting machines to produce workpieces according to required specifications.
3. Perform machine setup, tooling preparation, and programming for punching operations based on engineering drawings.
4. Operate and program bending machines to achieve required dimensions and quality standards.
5. Troubleshoot dimensional and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
6. Carry out deburring, polishing, and finishing processes to ensure completed workpieces meet quality requirements.
7. Conduct routine machine checks and basic maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
8. Assist in other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Quality, Safety & Housekeeping

1. Maintain laser cutting and bending machines in good working condition and ensure proper housekeeping practices in accordance with 6S standards.
2. Ensure all machining, bending, deburring, and polishing activities are carried out in accordance with company quality procedures and best practices.
3. Perform self-inspection of completed work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
4. Comply with all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and report any equipment or safety concerns promptly.

Job Summary

You will support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, setting up workstations, managing stock with FEFO standards, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with stock takes to ensure smooth daily food production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by chopping, peeling vegetables, and cutting meat to support cooking processes
• Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment before food preparation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a safe food preparation environment
• Manage kitchen stock daily to control food costs and ensure availability for operations
• Monitor and rotate kitchen stock using FEFO (first expired, first out) to maintain freshness
• Assist in conducting month-end stock take to verify inventory accuracy
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company to support kitchen operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to work split shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs
