We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Façade Coordinator to oversee and coordinate façade works for construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that façade design, fabrication, and installation are executed smoothly, in compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all façade-related activities from design development through to installation and completion
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on technical and project requirements
• Review and manage façade shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions
• Monitor site progress and ensure façade works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to façade systems (e.g., curtain wall, cladding, glazing systems)
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and safety standards
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and provide progress updates
• Coordinate mock-ups, testing (e.g., water-tightness, air permeability), and inspections
• Assist in project scheduling and ensure timely delivery of façade components
• Work closely with QS and procurement teams for material and cost control

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in façade or building envelope works in Singapore
• Experience with aluminium, glazing, curtain wall, and cladding systems is highly preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and installation methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical details
• Familiar with local standards and regulations (e.g., BCA requirements, SS standards)
• Knowledge of façade performance testing requirements is an advantage

Software Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM (e.g., Revit) will be an added advantage
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, Project)

Soft Skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills

We are seeking an experienced Aluminium & Glazing Quantity Surveyor to manage the full spectrum of cost and contractual matters for façade, aluminium, and glazing works. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, accurate measurement, and proper contract administration for projects involving curtain walls, windows, doors, and cladding systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for aluminium and glazing works (e.g., curtain wall, window systems, cladding)
• Take off quantities from drawings (2D & BIM) for façade elements including aluminium profiles, glass panels, accessories, and hardware
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors (glass, aluminium extrusion, sealant, hardware, etc.)
• Prepare cost comparison reports and recommend procurement strategies
• Manage project cost control, budgeting, and forecasting for façade packages
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation claims, and payment responses
• Evaluate and negotiate variations related to design changes, site conditions, and coordination issues
• Handle subcontractor progress payments and final accounts
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with SIA / PSSCOC conditions
• Liaise with project managers, façade coordinators, designers, and site teams on cost and contractual matters
• Track material wastage, optimize cutting sizes, and improve cost efficiency
• Support procurement of façade materials and long-lead items

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in aluminium / glazing / façade works in Singapore
• Strong experience working with façade contractors or specialist subcontractors is highly preferred

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of aluminium and glazing systems, including:Curtain wall systems (stick / unitised)Aluminium windows and doorsCladding systems (ACP, aluminium panels)Glass types (laminated, tempered, double glazing)
• Proficient in quantity take-off for façade components (profiles, glass area, sealant, brackets, etc.)
• Good understanding of façade installation methods and sequencing
• Familiar with façade performance requirements (e.g., water-tightness, structural performance)
• Knowledge of material wastage control and optimization techniques

Software Skills

• Proficient in MS Excel (costing, analysis, reporting)
• Experience with AutoCAD for quantity take-off
• Familiar with BIM tools (e.g., Revit) and QS software (e.g., CostX, Glodon) is an advantage

Contractual & Regulatory Knowledge

• Familiar with standard forms of contract such as SIA and PSSCOC
• Good understanding of local regulations and submission requirements under Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
• Knowledge of safety compliance under Workplace Safety and Health Council guidelines
