Responsibilities: 

1. Provide safe and timely two-way shuttle services for members, guests, and the public between designated car parks and within the Club premises.
2. Chauffeur/Fetch members, guests, and VIPs as and when required.
3. Adhere strictly to assigned routes and scheduled timings at all times.
4. Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all passengers onboard the buggy.
5. Deliver friendly, courteous, and professional service, upholding the Club’s service standards.
6. Remain on standby within the Club during operating hours and stay contactable for urgent or unplanned service requirements.
7. Be responsible for the general upkeep, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of the buggy, and promptly report any defects or safety concerns.
8. Individual to remain flexible, professional, and responsive to operational needs during Club operating hours.
9. Support and assist in Club events and activities when required.
10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Secondary school education, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
2. Work closely and effectively with each team member and all staff.
3. Minimum1–3 years of relevant service, operations, or hospitality experience preferred.
4. Ability to support Club events and handle multiple tasks effectively.
5. Strong personal hygiene, grooming, and presentation standards.
6. Team-oriented, willing to learn, and maintains a positive work attitude.
7. Physically fit and able to work in a hot, outdoor, and fast-paced environment, including standing for extended periods.
8. Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and beyond official working hours as operationally required.

Salary - $12/hours

Responsibilities: 

1. Assist in buildings / facilities preventive, corrective and maintenance work
2. Maintain the list of works, materials, tools, machineries and items to be used
3. Do periodic routine inspections for proper operation of various facilities 
4. Diagnose on building related faults and perform rectification works
5. Assist in the supervision of servicing works carried out by contractors
6. Manage service contractors on site work and report irregularities
7. Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works such as Building accessories and hardware, painting work, basic carpentry, repair works, sanitary & plumbing defects & etc.)
8. Documentation of scheduled routine findings and rectification.
9. Attend to all work orders issued by the operation and management.
10. Hands-on with event set-up including electrical wiring installation, lighting, air con to ensure events set up is robust and safe
11. Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

1. Experienced and hands-on individual with at least 2 years of related experience
2. Able to commit to 6-days work week, weekends/PH/shifts 
3. Salary will commensurate with experience

Daily golf course marshal and bag station duties

1. Check the pace of play; course closure for inclement weather

2. Ensure golfers tee up on time and are properly attired

3. Provide on-course assistance, ensuring appropriate behaviour and etiquette

4. Ensure golfers comply with golf rules and safety at all times

5. Reports issues and situations (time pace delay) to superior timely

6. First to attend on-course issues such as dangerous play and emergency

7. Monitor inclement weather, adhere to lightning procedure; take charge of evacuation and safety of golfers

8. Ensure starters maintain an accurate and complete set of starter sheet

9. Strongly enforce course rules and policies such as repairing ball marks, filling divots, and maintaining acceptable pace-of-play

10. Engage/interact professional with golfers in a positive manner

11. Deliver responsibly daily routine tasks, participate in roll calls and comply with the department’s rules and SOPs

12. With guidance from superior, act and resolve feedback/complaints

13. Support Club’s events, competitions, operations and administration

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee the full spectrum of membership operations, including applications, renewals, transfers, terminations, and maintaining accurate member records and database
2. Serve as the main point of contact for members, handling enquiries (including AGM/EGM matters), feedback, and complaints in accordance with the Club’s Constitution
3. Ensure consistency and compliance in the application of membership procedures, rules, policies, and by-laws
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with members through regular engagement and personalised interactions to enhance satisfaction and retention
5. Drive membership growth through sales initiatives, partnerships, and monitoring of membership transfers and related revenue targets
6. Initiate and develop strategic partnerships with external vendors and organisations to create value-added benefits and joint promotions for members
7. Plan and execute member events, tournaments, and marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility
8. Continuously review and improve operational processes and service standards across the Membership Services Department and Front Office in a cost-effective manner
9. Prepare and manage the department’s annual budget, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources
10. Prepare and present periodic management reports, including membership statistics, QPR, work plans, marketing plans, and post-event reports
11. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Golf Operations, Events) to ensure seamless service delivery and a consistent member experience
