Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for timely periodic financial reporting for the funds under management, providing detailed analysis of data to support decision making.  In addition, you will be responsible for compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements, monitoring of financing covenants.  
• You will provide leadership and guidance to the Finance reporting team on various financial reporting and operational matters, and interact with all levels including investment and asset management team, investors, overseas working partners and service providers.
• You will assist to develop and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and processes for finance and other operational areas to ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to safeguard the Funds’ assets, optimize use of cash, ensure accuracy and validity of financial information required for management’s decision making. 
• You will assist in tax planning, following up and reviewing financing documents and closing documents of investment deals.  You will work with Finance team on timing of cash flow requirements for each investment and the accounting of new investments.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy with minimum 10-12 years’ relevant working experience, of which at least 4 years should be gained in overseeing group consolidation or in a fund controller role.  Some prior experience in audit would be an advantage.

• Have good understanding of the relevant Accounting Standards and proficient in financial analysis.

• Hands-on self-starter and a team player with good interpersonal skills and able to interact and work across functions and levels.

• Experience in fund reporting or private equity, infrastructure, real estate investment industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight & Management Reporting
  - Lead the preparation and review of periodic financial and management reports for funds under management including but not limited to unaudited financial statements, audit reports, budgets and forecast, actual versus budget, INREV SDDS, quarterly investor reports and capital account statements.
  - Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation.

• Regulatory Compliance & Audit Management
  - Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements for entities across multiple jurisdictions including but not limited to Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia and Malaysia.
  - Oversee the monitoring of financing covenants and manage audit processes across multiple jurisdictions.

• Stakeholder & Service Provider Management
  - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to management, investors, auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators.
  - Manage service providers to ensure high-quality financial reporting and operational support.

• Policy Development & Internal Controls
  Design, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard fund assets, ensure data integrity, and optimise cash management.

• Investment & Transaction Support
  Support investment and divestment activities, including review of transaction documents, execution coordination, and lead complex accounting treatment discussions with auditors and various stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• ACCA qualification or a Degree in Accountancy.

• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a fund controller or senior fund accounting role. Experience in private equity, real estate, or data centres is preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards International (SFRS (I)) and fund structures and operations.

• Proficient in financial analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to details.

• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across functions and levels.
