The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Project Administrator to be the administrative backbone of our project department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to take ownership, build strong relationships, and develop their career. You will be the central hub for project information, providing crucial support to project managers, consultants, and clients.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, with proven experience in creating complex documents in Word and managing data in Excel (e.g., formulas, macro’s).
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and superb organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Adaptable & Eager to Learn: A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
- Experience: It is preferrable if you have experience in the Commercial Diving / Offshore Oil & Gas industry or in equipment maintenance roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support & Ownership: Take ownership of key administrative tasks, including organising travel & accommodation, maintaining project tracking for scheduling, reporting and timesheet & expense submissions.
- Proactive Coordination: Anticipate the needs of the project consultants and take initiative to resolve issues before they escalate.
- Confident Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients and consultants from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities. Handle communications with professionalism and clarity.
- Document Management: Maintain HR records for our pool of consultants ensuring all are up to date.
- Data Management: Use Microsoft Excel to track project data, create spreadsheets.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly as part of a team, offering support to colleagues, while also being self-sufficient and capable of working independently.
