ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Supervisor, Operations is responsible for overseeing daily operationalactivities, ensuring manpower accountability, maintaining housekeepingstandards, and upholding quality control. This role serves as a key linkbetween on-ground staff and management, ensuring smooth execution of tasks andeffective communication across teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Task Management
- Oversee completion of operational tasks and ensure proper handover procedures.
- Actively participate in tasks when required to support team performance.
- Monitor daily workflows to maintain efficiency and timeliness.
Manpower Management
- Ensure accountability of staff during assigned shifts.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new staff members.
- Lead shift debriefs to review performance and address issues.
Housekeeping & Facility Standards
- Ensure all items are returned to storage after use.
- Oversee clearing of used linens and maintenance of cleanliness.
- Share handover photos in the designated group chat for documentation.
- Step in to assist with housekeeping tasks when necessary.
Quality Control
- Ensure operational processes meet established QC standards.
- Identify and resolve gaps in service delivery.
- Personally verify and support QC checks on-site.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as liaison between Officer-in-Charge (OIC) and Duty Manager for on-ground issues.
- Provide timely updates and escalate concerns when necessary.
Administrative Support
- Assist in salary pay-out processes.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.

- 100% completion of assigned tasks within shift

Manpower
- Staff punctuality and attendance rate

Housekeeping

- Accuracy of photo documentation
Quality Control
- QC compliance rate (e.g., % of tasks meeting standards)
- Number of issues resolved on shift
Coordination
- Timeliness of communication with OIC/Duty Manager
- Resolution rate of ground issues
Administration
- Accuracy of salary pay-out assistance
- Timely completion of ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in events.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to lead teams and take-charge during shifts.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
- Willingness to be hands-on and support operational tasks directly.
