Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
Source and request for quotations from suppliers to ensure price competitiveness
Submission of weekly and monthly reports
Manage customer's expectations on the projects
Manage the delivery of the project accordingly
Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel
Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback
Utilize industry best practice, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution
Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Experience in LTA projects or prior working experience in construction industry is preferred
