Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and manage the daily operations of our air-conditioning servicing and installation business in Singapore. The role focuses on service coordination, customer management, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling of maintenance, repair, and installation jobs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Manage customer enquiries, service requests, and after-sales support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor job progress, service quality, and operational performance
- Support business development efforts, including client relationship management and upselling opportunities
- Maintain proper documentation, service records, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards
- Assist in training and supervising service coordinators and support staff
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of working experience, preferably in operations, retail, or customer service management
- Experience in team supervision and daily operations management
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers)
