Job Summary
Manage civil engineering teams to execute excavation, trenching, and utility pipe laying projects in compliance with Singapore regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate teams to perform excavation, trial trenching, sewer, power grid, telecom, and water pipe laying works effectively
- Apply knowledge of Singapore civil engineering practices to ensure project compliance and quality
- Interpret and implement LTA code of practice and NCE requirements for various utilities departments
- Prepare and submit accurate progress reports to the Manager to support project tracking and decision-making
- Manage manpower allocation and deployment to optimize team productivity and project timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Hold a Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma with at least two years of Singapore work experience in relevant civil engineering fields
- Possess RES certification to meet regulatory standards and enhance project compliance
