Role Summary
The Factory Order Management Operation Planner is responsible for bridging the gap between customer demand and manufacturing execution. You will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle by coordinating with contract manufacturers (CMs)and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
o Constantly identify, suggest, and implement process enhancements to improve planning efficiency and delivery accuracy.
o Analyse current manufacturing and order workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce cycle times.
o Drive the implementation of advanced planning tools or ERP/MRP logic enhancements to automate demand-supply balancing.
Requirements &Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced Excel: Must be highly proficient in complex formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables).
- VBA/Macros: Ability to write and troubleshoot VBA code to automate repetitive tasks and manage massive datasets.
- ERP Knowledge: Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) is highly preferred.
Industry Experience: Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and the dynamics of working with Contract Manufacturers.
Soft Skills:

2. Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
