Responsibilities:
- Provide support in day-to-day finance and administrative functions
- Assist with banking transactions and related documentation
- Process staff petty cash claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Support procurement activities, including preparing and issuing purchase orders
- Assist the sales team with preparation of delivery orders and invoices
- Handle work pass administration, including application, issuance, renewal, and cancellation
- Perform general office administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies
- Undertake ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in basic administrative and financial processes
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks will be an added advantage
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
