Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards while coordinating teams and stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute projects from initiation to handover, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and monitor progress continuously
Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure efficient and smooth execution of tasks
Oversee daily project operations to ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and contractual requirements
Control project costs and budgets, including managing claims and related expenses
Conduct project inspections and implement quality control measures to maintain construction standards
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders by attending coordination meetings and resolving project issues
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule, cost, and quality objectives
Prepare comprehensive project reports and provide regular updates to management on project status
