The team you will be part of

The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth. By analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and aligning with our clients' commercial objectives, the team develops and executes data-backed strategies that maximize conversion and revenue. With a strong grasp of category dynamics and platform trends, and driving collaboration and coordination across other functions internally, Brand Management plays a key role in shaping long-term brand success in the digital commerce space.

The part you will play

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple accounts across all ecommerce platforms in Vietnam. As the account’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and plans for your brands and take ownership of their stores like it is yours. You negotiate with account and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the account, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of ecommerce fundamentals and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your accounts successful.

 You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.

As a KAM, you will take charge of 

• Manage and develop key account (brands) performance across multiple  marketplaces
• Analyze and optimize Important ecommerce metrics (NVM, ROI, ROAS …)
• Build and implements strategic  promotions / growth levers for brands
• Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals  
• Manage stocks level to ensure daily/weekly/monthly operations 
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage all product content, store, and details on E-Commerce platforms 
• Work together with Intrepid leadership to ensure  retention and growth
• Conduct market and competitors analysis to propose strategies for revenue growth

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• University degree in any fields
• From 1-4 years experience in Key account management or Store operations in Ecommerce (Lazada / Shopee/ Tiki/ Tiktok Shop), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
• Commercial performance-driven mindset, Flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, and data analysis

As an AI Transformation Consultant, you will 

Discovery & Assessment

• Conduct process discovery workshops with different departments (Operations, Commercial, CS, Finance).
• Map current workflows and identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone activities suitable for AI or automation.
• Quantify effort, volume, turnaround time, error rate, and potential ROI for each opportunity.
• Create and maintain an AI Automation Opportunity Backlog.

Solution Design

• Propose AI agents, automation workflows, and tool integrations to streamline identified processes.
• Recommend optimal solutions using workflow orchestration and application of AI.
• Create proof-of-concepts (POCs) with assistance from tech for quick validation.

Implementation & Delivery

• Collaborate with Tech teams to integrate AI workflows and build automations using platforms like N8n, Langflow, Gemini, OpenAI Assistants/Agents etc.
• Run pilots, collect feedback, iterate, and scale.
• Develop documentation, SOP changes, and training materials for end-users.
• 4. Measurement & Reporting
• Track impact metrics like Hours saved, Cost reduction, SLA improvements, Error reduction and User adoption

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with GenAI LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and no-code tools like N8n for automation.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

Consulting & Analytical Skills

As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day- to-day commercial and operational success of CPD brands across Malaysia’s leading e- marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop). This role is designed for a high-energy “doer” who can balance commercial negotiations with rigorous operational follow-through to ensure our brands are always available, visible, and competitive.

As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will take charge of

Account Management & Commercial Execution

• Drive the daily sales performance for assigned platforms to meet monthly and quarterly GMV targets.

• Execute the promotional calendar, ensuring campaigns are set up accurately and on time.

• Manage the backend of e-marketplaces (Seller Centres), and oversee product uploads, pricing updates, and voucher creations.
  

Operational Excellence & Store Health

• Inventory Management: Closely monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely replenishment, especially for top-selling products.
• Store Metrics: Maintain “Perfect Store” standards by monitoring Chat Response Rates, Shipping Lead Times, and Seller Ratings to ensure it remains a preferred seller.
• Content Maintenance: Ensure all product listings have optimized titles, descriptions, and high-quality images/banners that comply with brand guidelines.

Campaign Operations & Visibility

• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure all digital assets (banners, landing pages) are localized and uploaded correctly for every campaign.
• Monitor on-platform search rankings and visibility, ensuring our products are easy for consumers to find.
• Execute submissions and participate in platform-led marketing initiatives to maximize traffic.

Data Tracking & Reporting

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities daily, providing quick feedback to the commercial team.
• Track and reconcile trade spend (marketing investments and discounts) to ensure budget compliance.

Partner Relations

• Maintain a professional working relationship with platform Category Managers to secure better visibility and campaign slots.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics partners to troubleshoot any fulfillment or delivery issues.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce operations or account management. Experience in FMCG or high-volume retail is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Business Advisor, and/or TikTok Shop Seller Center is essential.
• Operational Rigor: Highly organized with a "zero-defect" mindset regarding pricing and stock management.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to manage large sets of SKU data and sales reports.
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable with the fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable nature of e commerce logistics and campaign cycles.
• Communication: Strong command of English. (Local language skills are a bonus but not a mandatory requirement for this specific profile).

As a Live Host, you will take charge of 

• Responsible for conducting LIVE Streaming as a Host on various online platforms (not limited to TikTok, Lazada & Shopee) on a daily basis, including weekends.
• To introduce, promote and demonstrate various brand products such as during LIVE Streaming within guidelines provided.
• To interact and engage with online audiences in a professional manner and respond to enquiries during LIVE Streaming.
• Proactively encourage online audiences to find out, explore and browse the brand products and subsequently proceed to make an online purchase during LIVE Streaming.
• Encourage audience participation by presenting interactive activities, challenges and giveaways during LIVE Streaming.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Prior experience in hosting live social media events

The Livestream Production Team Lead will oversee the technical and operational aspects of Intrepid Malaysia’s livestream production and studio operations, ensuring high-quality livestream execution across multiple brand accounts.

This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise in livestream production, studio setup, and troubleshooting within a fast-paced e-commerce livestream environment. The Production Lead will also supervise production managers, maintain studio readiness, and continuously optimize livestream production standards across platforms.

Beyond technical execution, the role supports livestream campaigns aligned with platform promotions and brand objectives, contributing to key performance metrics such as viewer engagement, traffic, and conversion.


As the Livestream Production Team Lead, you will take charge of:

Livestream Technical Production & Supervision

• Lead the technical setup and execution of livestream sessions across multiple brand accounts on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live.
• Ensure high-quality livestream production through proper camera operation, lighting setup, audio management, and scene transitions.
• Manage livestream production workflows including OBS/vMix scene management, camera switching, overlays, and sound balancing.
• Monitor livestream sessions in real time and provide immediate troubleshooting to maintain smooth broadcast continuity.
• Standardize livestream production quality across brands by implementing consistent technical configurations and setups.
• Work closely with hosts and Social Commerce Account Managers to deliver engaging and seamless livestream experiences.
  
  

Studio & Equipment Management

• Maintain full studio readiness, including equipment organization, cleanliness, and functional setup for livestream sessions.
• Manage studio inventory including cameras, lighting equipment, audio systems, props, and product samples.
• Track equipment usage and conduct routine maintenance to ensure all production equipment remains in optimal working condition.
• Plan and supervise equipment upgrades or purchases to support evolving livestream production needs.
• Conduct daily and weekly technical checks to minimize last-minute issues before livestream sessions.
  
  

Livestream Quality Optimization

• Identify recurring technical issues during livestream sessions and implement preventive solutions to reduce disruptions.
• Monitor production quality across livestream sessions and recommend improvements aligned with market standards.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for livestream technical setup, studio operations, and troubleshooting.
• Document best practices for livestream production, equipment configuration, and technical workflows.

Who We Look For – The Ideal Profile

Experience & Competencies

• 3+ years of experience in livestream production, studio operations, or video production within ecommerce, social commerce, or digital media.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of livestream production tools such as OBS, vMix, or similar streaming systems.
• Practical experience with camera operations, lighting setup, and audio engineering.
• Familiarity with social commerce livestream platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live

The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

As the Affiliate and KOL Manager at Intrepid, you will play a key role in driving revenue and customer acquisition through performance-based partnerships. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate marketing and KOL programs to support Intrepid’s eCommerce growth objectives.

You will oversee the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns.

This includes recruiting new partners, managing ongoing relationships, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, commercial, product, and analytics, as well as with external partners and influencers, to launch high-impact initiatives that drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will take charge of 

• Program Leadership: Lead and manage the Affiliate and KOL marketing programs, including strategy development, execution, and continuous optimization.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of 3-5 members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and development.
• Recruit Affiliates / Partners: Identify, recruit, and build relationships with high-potential affiliates and KOLs to drive brand visibility and conversions, Negotiate commission rates and partnership terms.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize both affiliate and KOL campaigns to meet traffic, conversion, and revenue KPIs.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and networks, fostering collaboration and long-term partnerships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with overall brand and business goals.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage the affiliate and KOL marketing budgets efficiently to ensure the best return on investment (ROI).
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure affiliate and KOL practices comply with company policies, industry regulations, and brand standards.
• Collaborate Cross- Functionally: Work with marketing, content, and product teams to sync affiliate promotions with overall eCommerce campaigns.
  
  

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years of team management experience.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team to achieve targets and perform optimally.
• Affiliate & KOL Expertise: Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing networks, influencer management tools, and content creation strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay, with a knack for building relationships and negotiating terms.
• Results-Oriented: A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

As an Affiliate Associate/Senior Associate you will take charge of 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales on TikTok.
• Identify and recruit TikTok influencers and content creators to join our affiliate program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and incentives to drive performance.
• Create and optimize TikTok content in collaboration with affiliates to align with brand messaging and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze TikTok campaigns, tracking key metrics and performance indicators to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize visibility and reach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and coherence in brand messaging and strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
