Role Overview:
The Workspace Technology Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving end-user workspace technologies within the organisation. This role is expected to work independently on day-to-day operations while contributing to design, improvement, and project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• End-User Computing & Device Management
➢ Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning
➢ Administer endpoint management platforms, such as Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM
