Job Summary
Join Singapore’s next-generation interactive gaming experience as a Game Master. Operate digital games, guide players, assist customers, and maintain a fun, safe environment while supporting daily outlet operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage interactive digital games and attractions to ensure smooth gameplay
- Brief players on game objectives, rules, and gameplay mechanics to enhance their experience
- Monitor game sessions and provide timely assistance to players when needed
- Set up, start, and reset game systems between sessions to maintain continuous play
- Troubleshoot basic game or equipment issues and report technical faults for resolution
- Assist customers with bookings, registrations, and enquiries to facilitate smooth transactions
- Recommend suitable games, packages, and promotions to customers to enhance engagement
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure all gaming areas are safe and operational for customer safety
- Assist with daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties to support team functions
- Provide basic information about the company’s attractions and experiences to customers
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, attractions, retail, or entertainment is an advantage
- Passion for games, entertainment, and customer engagement
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working weekends and public holidays
- No experience required; training will be provided
