KeyResponsibilities

Provide Technical Support:
Deliver day‑to‑day technical assistance for the PAY master payroll management system. This includes handling installation issues, configuration support, troubleshooting application errors, and resolving user‑reported problems.

Client & User Support:
Provide direct assistance to onsite and remote users, helping them understand system functionality, resolve queries, and navigate any usability issues. Assist clients in statutory reporting and ensure system configurations align with internal company policies.

Continuous System Maintenance:
Apply patches, perform database updates, conduct system checks, and ensure smooth system performance across all supported modules.

Vendor Coordination (L3 Support):
Act as the primary liaison with the PAY master vendor for Level‑3 technical support. This includes raising vendor tickets, coordinating investigation of complex system issues, validating fixes, testing patches, and ensuring smooth implementation of vendor‑delivered enhancements or regulatory updates. Provide timely updates to stakeholders and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines.

Key performance indicators :

· Delivery Timeliness: Completes development tasks, enhancements, and fixes within agreed sprint timelines and client expectations.

· System Stability: Ensures timely resolution of incidents; minimal recurring issues.

·  Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback from Temasek stakeholders for responsiveness, communication, and solution quality.

·  Compliance & Security: Meets audit and security review requirements with no major non‑compliance findings.

·   Vendor Coordination Effectiveness

Turnaround time for L3 vendor tickets raised and closed.

Quality of root‑cause analysis (RCA) and validations with vendor.

Successful and smooth deployment of vendor releases and patches.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Effective coordination with onsite/offshore teams to resolve issues.

Smooth planning and execution of release cycles and enhancements.

(iCompaz) is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive brand excellence, account‑based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and pipeline acceleration across strategic accounts. This role will lead integrated marketing initiatives spanning brand, high‑impact events, ABM programs, and digital channels (with a strong focus on LinkedIn), working closely with sales and leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, yet hands-on marketer with strong experience in enterprise technology or services marketing and a proven ability to influence revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Strategic Marketing

• Strengthen and evolve the iCompaz brand in alignment with brand guidelines and local market priorities.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and communication plans that support growth objectives and strategic accounts.
• Ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms, events, campaigns, and sales enablement assets.

Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) & Pipeline Acceleration

• Own and drive ABM strategy and execution for priority and named accounts.
• Partner closely with sales leaders to align marketing plans with account strategies.
• Design targeted, multi‑touch ABM campaigns to accelerate pipeline creation, deal progression, and account expansion.
• Measure ABM impact through metrics such as account engagement, opportunity influence, and pipeline contribution.

Events

Lead end‑to‑end execution of CXO events, industry forums, roundtables, partner events, identify and organize speaking slots for the company leaders.

Create personalized, high‑value event experiences for target accounts and senior stakeholders.

Digital & Social Media (LinkedIn Focus)

• Own the LinkedIn strategy for iCompaz, including company page growth, content strategy, and leadership advocacy.
• Maintenance of company website to ensure it is updated.
• Plan and execute organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns, particularly for ABM, events, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to amplify account‑specific messaging and success stories.
• Use analytics to optimize performance across engagement, reach, and lead generation.
• Support with PR as needed

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across business units, leadership, and regional teams.
• Manage agencies and external partners to support campaign delivery when required.

Performance & Reporting

• Track brand impact, ABM effectiveness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration.
• Provide clear insights and recommendations based on data and campaign performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10-15 years professional marketing experience, within technology and  IT services in Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Experience in Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) and pipeline‑driven campaigns.
• Strong background in events, digital marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution

· Led a full-stack Agile team building microservices with .NET 8 and ReactJS hosted in Azure Kubernetes environments Served as backup Scrum Master, facilitated Agile ceremonies, and partnered with product owners under SAFe.

·  Built and maintained microservices from scratch, improving system performance and scalability
Developed an advanced multi-agent RAG chatbot system for enterprise knowledge retrieval using LangChain, LangGraph, Azure OpenAI, Python, and ChromaDB.

Detailed Job Description:

• Strong experience in .NET technologies including .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API, React
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC), and Entity Framework Core
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor
• Solid grasp of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
