We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Wealth Management team. This role spans relationship management, investment support, and operational delivery, offering a strong foundation in private banking.
Relationship Management & Investment Support
• Shadow and support Senior Relationship Managers in managing UHNI/HNI client
portfolios and addressing day-to-day client queries.
• Monitor and review client portfolios on an ongoing basis; prepare briefings, reports, and
portfolio summaries as required.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or investment products in
consultation with senior bankers.
• Conduct market research and assist senior bankers with investment recommendations
and product due diligence.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, portfolio review decks, and client presentations.
Operations & Client Servicing
• Facilitate client onboarding ensuring compliance with KYC/AML standards
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and act as a reliable point of contact for
client follow-ups and coordination.
• Coordinate across internal operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure
seamless client delivery.
• Ensure adherence to MAS regulations and internal risk management standards in all
client interactions.
• Maintain accurate client records, support internal MIS reporting, and assist with
operational workflows as required.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or
financial services. Fresh graduates with strong academic profiles will be considered.
• Must have a Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related
discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
• High attention to detail; comfortable multitasking and collaborating across teams.
• Familiarity with Singapore, India, and UAE markets will be looked upon favourably.
