JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of customer-focused marketing initiatives that strengthen brand engagement, drive customer loyalty, and contribute to commercial growth. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

As a sales leader for IKEA Malaysia, you will take ownership for a specific portfolio of HFBs to drive long term sales growth and optimise profitability across your range. You have a deep understanding of your product range, your national market & competition, your consumers, and your internal commercial opportunities. You will develop and create commercial actions, secure competitive pricing and ensure the preconditions are in place to deliver our volume commitments to the total IKEA value chain.

You will develop a close collaboration and partnership with the IKEA stores and other IKEA sales channels (Physical, Digital and Remote CMP's) to ensure that everyone understands the plan and how to present the range in the most commercial way.
