Job Description
· Oversees the planning, execution and completion of fire protection system installation project.
· Manage and coordinate project timelines, budget and recourses for fire protection system installation
· Coordinate project activities in all phases from initiation till closure
· Problem-solve any issues related to project
· Prepare project documentation, including specifications , technical drawings and progress reports
· Attend site meeting, inspect, monitor and report project progress
· Submit and update monthly project status
· Perform other duties or tasks assigned by immediate superior or Project Manager
Requirements
· Min Diploma in Engineering or Construction related field
Building Construction Safety Supervisor or equivalent trained
· Min 2-3 year of experience in service, commissioning or engineering or related field
· Familiar with fire protection system (e.g fire alarm panel) will be in advantage
· Project handling experience will be considered an advantage
· Problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
· Team oriented and able to work independently
· Detailed oriented, multi –tasking and able to handle stress
· Proficient in MS Office & database with analytical skills
· Proficient in communication and coordination skills
· Knowledge of AutoCAD added advantage
