As a Brand Sales Specialist in IBM’s Automation brand, you will drive integration-led transformation for enterprises across Singapore / Malaysia / Philippines for the SELECT Client Segment . You’ll represent IBM’s Hybrid Integration portfolio—including webMethods , CP4I , App Connect, MQ, API Connect, and Event Streams—helping clients modernize their integration landscape across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Your role will focus on engaging C-level leaders, architects, and business stakeholders in priority industries such as banking, telco, government, and manufacturing, supporting their journey toward agility, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage Strategic Clients: Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients to understand integration challenges and business objectives.
* Drive Value with Consultative Selling: Position IBM’s integration solutions through solution-led, outcome-driven sales conversations that demonstrate business impact and ROI.
* Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales lifecycle—from pipeline generation and opportunity development to deal closure.
* Collaborate Across IBM & Partners: Work with IBM client engineering, ecosystem partners, and marketing to co-create client solutions and execute campaign.
* Promote Modern Integration Practices: Guide clients on best practices such as API-first design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native integration.
* Collaborate with hyperscalers (e.g., Azure, AWS,) for marketplace and co-sell motions.
* Align with internal country sales teams to build engagement with partners and customers.

* Proven success in technology software sales in ASEAN, with experience in growing enterprise accounts.
* Strong ability to communicate technical value to both business and IT stakeholders.
* Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and partner ecosystems.
* Knowledge of Hybrid Integration technologies (e.g., iPaaS, API management, messaging, event streaming).
* Awareness of industry-specific integration challenges in banking, telco, manufacturing, or public sector.
* Familiarity with competitive platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, APIGEE , Oracle Fusion middleware or AWS AppFlow.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
• Technology Solution Sales: Experience with creating demand and progressing opportunities to close for integration and API management technologies, such as webMethods API Management and webMethods Integration.
• Client Needs Analysis: Experience in working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, driving growth and revenue expansion.
• Product Knowledge: Experience with webMethods and StreamSets products, including their capabilities, applications, and implementation requirements.
