This is a 1-year outsourced contract role. The incumbent will be responsible to assist the Finance Manager and the Accounts & Admin Executive for financial closing and analysis for business of i-PRO in APAC region and assist with management reporting functions. This position will be reporting to the Finance Manager.

• Execute monthly financial closing processes and procedures on a timely basis and assist in preparing financial reports for monthly submission to HQ.
• Checking business expenses and staff claims and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Assist in checking and processing all payments for APAC.
• Assist in review and submission of GST Returns and any other AU Governmental Returns needed.
• Assist with internal/external Audit when required.
• Manage/Support ad-hoc Finance/Accounting related projects/ initiatives, as and when required.
• Assist the Accounts & Admin Executive and the Finance Manager for any other important matters relating to the monthly financial closing of i-PRO APAC.
• Assist in Finance/Accounting for India business.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma, Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting certification
• 3-5 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiar with usage of accounting systems. (eg. SAP)
• Experience in handling full-set financial/accounts closing process will be advantageous.
• Experience in handling Indian financial/accounts and/or closing process will be advantageous.

As a System Engineer supporting Southeast Asia (SEA) Sales, you will play apivotal role in designing tailored surveillance solutions, delivering technicalconsultations, and empower partners across the region.

You will collaborateclosely with sales teams, distributors, and end-users to ensure the successfuldeployment and adoption of i-PRO technologies.

1. Solution Design & Proposal

• Design customized CCTVsolutions tailored to industry-specific requirements across SEA markets.
• Proposed Cameras, NVRs, Storagesystems, and network architecture based on customer needs.
• Prepare detailed systemarchitecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOM), and solution proposals.

2. Product Demonstrations & Proofof Concept (POC)

• Conduct live or virtual productdemonstrations highlighting key features such as AI analytics, edge processing,and third-party integrations.
• Deploy and manage POC systemsat customer sites to validate performance and suitability.

3. Technical Consultation &Post-Sale Support

• Provide technical consultationduring pre-sales engagements and post-sales support.
• Assist with VMS integration,troubleshooting, and configuration to ensure seamless operation.
• Support the deployment of EdgeAI applications and partner-developed solutions.

4. Tender & Specification Support

• Collaborate with sales teamsand channel partners to prepare technical documentation for tenders.
• Work with consultants andspecifiers to position i-PRO solutions in project specifications

5. Training & Partner Enablement

• Deliver technical andsolution-focused training to partners, distributors, and internal teams across SEA.
• Conduct workshops and webinarsto strengthen product knowledge and solution-selling capabilities.

6. Regional Collaboration & Travel

• Partner closely with countrysales managers to drive regional success.
• Travel across SoutheastAsia for partner visits, site surveys, training sessions, and POC deployments
