Able to communicate effectively in English to interact with customers and perform operational duties
Must be at least 21 years old in accordance with regulations governing the sale of tobacco products
Job Descriptions:
Oversee and manage daily retail store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets, service excellence, and operational compliance
Plan staff scheduling and manpower allocation in coordination with the Area Manager to ensure adequate staffing levels
Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock movement, and coordinate timely replenishment with suppliers
Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports to support business decision-making
Organize and coordinate merchandising, in-store displays, and promotional activities in line with company guidelines
Ensure full compliance with company policies, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues in a professional and timely manner
Oversee cash management processes, including daily reconciliation, banking of receipts, and submission of relevant reports to headquarters
