Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and support technical design discussions
- Work closely with data engineering and development teams for implementation
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries
- Ensure alignment of deliverables with business objectives and timelines
- Participate in project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, UAT, and deployment
- Drive problem-solving initiatives with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis within the data domain
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in team-oriented environments
- Experience in writing Functional Specifications and supporting Technical Design
- Hands-on experience with SQL (basic to intermediate level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Data Warehouse / Data Lake environments
- Exposure to Finance Risk Modeling or financial domain projects
