We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at Hongxing Handmade Food Solution, specializing in handmade fishballs and meat products.
You will be the frontliner representing our brand, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and take orders
Promote and upsell products (fishballs, meatballs, snacks, etc.)
Handle cashiering (POS system, cash/PayNow/NETS)
Prepare simple food items (if required)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall
Assist in stock replenishment and basic inventory checks
Requirements
No experience required (training provided)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic English / Mandarin (to communicate with customers)
