Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing: Managing the full recruitment cycle, from defining job requirements, advertising, screening, to interviewing and selecting candidates.
Onboarding & Training: Developing and delivering orientation
programs to new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Addressing employee grievances, fostering a positive workplace, and organizing employee engagement activities.
Performance & Compensation Management: Implementing performance review procedures (360° evaluations) and managing compensation and benefits packages.
HR Policy & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Administrative Support: Maintaining employee records, managing payroll input, and managing work pass administration.
Required Skills and
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant role.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR principles, and best practices.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and improve employee
performance or engagement.
Technology: Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
