Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HIS Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our Hospital Information System across multiple clinics in our chain. This role requires a balance of IT knowledge, healthcare workflow expertise, and business acumen. The HIS Manager will ensure the system supports daily clinical operations, improves efficiency, and contributes to the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage HIS operations across all clinics in the network.
• Collaborate with clinic managers, doctors, and business leaders to align HIS functions with company goals.
• Oversee vendor relationships, system customization, updates, and integrations.
• Ensure smooth operation of all HIS modules (registration, billing, pharmacy, lab, EMR).
• Train and support staff on system usage and new features.
• Monitor and analyze system data to generate business and clinical insights for decision-making.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, healthcare regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Plan HIS scalability and upgrades to support the expansion of the clinic chain.

Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in healthcare IT systems (HIS/EMR) and/or healthcare business operations, preferably within a clinic or healthcare chain.
• Strong knowledge of clinic workflows (registration, billing, pharmacy, lab, patient records).
• Hands-on experience in implementing, managing, or optimizing HIS/EMR systems.
• Ability to analyze HIS data to generate useful business and operational insights.
• Strong leadership and project management skills to manage vendors, system rollouts, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and training skills for both medical and non-medical staff.
• Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and healthcare regulations (advantage).
