Key Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Digital
Marketing & Social Media: Manage, curate, and schedule content across social media
platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to boost engagement and brand
visibility.

Campaign
Management: Plan and execute
marketing campaigns, including promotions, new menu launches, and seasonal
campaigns (e.g., Chinese New Year, Christmas).

Marketing
Collateral & Content Creation: Develop in-house marketing materials, such as menus, table
tent cards, posters, and eDMs, ensuring brand consistency.
·
Customer
Engagement & Partnerships: Coordinate with influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders),
and external partners to drive traffic. Manage Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) databases for targeted promotions.
·
Market
Research & Analysis: Monitor
competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to update
strategies.
·
Performance
Reporting: Track KPIs,
including website traffic, social media engagement, and ROI, and provide
regular reports to the Marketing Manager.
·
Operations
Coordination: Collaborate with
restaurant operations team to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
on the ground.
Requirements & Skills:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing,
Communications, or Business.
·
Experience: Previous experience in F&B or retail
marketing is preferred, but many roles welcome energetic juniors.

Skills: Proficiency in social media management
tools, basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop), and strong
written communication skills.
