Responsibilities
- Assist in managing tendering, procurement, and subcontract administration to support project delivery
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports to inform project financial planning
- Evaluate claims, variation orders, and final accounts to ensure accurate financial reconciliation
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on contractual matters to facilitate clear communication and issue resolution
- Monitor project costs continuously and highlight potential overruns to enable timely corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with standard contracts (SIA/PSSCOC) to maintain contractual integrity and risk management
